– Available in 3-, 5- or 7-layer versions.
– Standard fabrication method: The outer layers are made of Trevira CS stage velvet ALICANTE, permanently flame retardant, washable, sound-absorbing and odourless.
– The outer layers can be customised according to customer requests.
– The inner layers are made of a special fabric that is permanently flame retardant, washable, odourless, sound-absorbing and sound-hard.
– The sound curtain can be upgraded from 3 to 5 or to 7 layers at any time.
– Sound certificates are available.
A specialty is the associated track system. It consists of a modified version of our well established TRUMPF 95 track, which easily moves the weight of the sound curtain, which is around 3 kg/m?.
The Sound Curtain Office can be operated by hand or motorised with the virtually silent motor FRICTION DRIVE. Continuous drives, drives via remote control, or by usage of the customer BUS system or with a touch panel are also available.
Sound reduction factor according to test certificate:
– 7 layer version up to ~ 16 dB.
– 5 layer version up to ~ 13 dB.
– 3 layer version up to ~ 11 dB.

3 layer version:
– Front side with 5 % addition of material (WAVE-OPTICS): Stage velvet ALICANTE.
– Middle layers: 1 x sound-hard.
– Back side with 5 % addition of material (WAVE-OPTICS): Stage velvet ALICANTE.
5 layer version:
– Front side with 5 % addition of material (WAVE-OPTICS): Stage velvet ALICANTE.
– Middle layers: 2 x sound-absorbing, 1 x sound-hard.
– Back side with 5 % addition of material (WAVE-OPTICS): Stage velvet ALICANTE.
7 layer version:
– Front side with 5 % addition of material (WAVE-OPTICS): Stage velvet ALICANTE.
– Middle layers: 3 x sound-absorbing, 2 x sound-hard.
– Back side with 5 % addition of material (WAVE-OPTICS): Stage velvet ALICANTE.
